How to Be Autotelic
I like to combine the entire sequence as an autotelic experience. For example, my morning routine. I wake up, read my statements of intent, which are autosuggestions. Then I go to the bathroom and I have an electric toothbrush. And I don't say, oh, I got to get this over with. I maintain presence and appreciate using it. This is one of the keys of being Autotelic.
