I would say a good week time you're able to have like a functional environment that works in the way that you want it. It took me time to figure out how I wanted my VS code environment to look so I just really replicated that in a lot of ways. What are you currently working on? I'm wrapping up my thesis project and doing final projects for two classes that I'm doing which is machine learning and cloud computing. Do you know if you had heard of this new IDE that's actually very interesting it's called a Z.dev as a website it's only open right now to Mac users but they're definitely expanding.

The 6th instalment of ByteSized is about IDEs. They are mostly taken for granted these days. Hence, it might be easy to forget how much effort and time they saved when they were introduced.
After a brief history and talking about some popular IDEs, I'll be talking to Joaquin Dominguez from the US about how he uses IDEs, which ones and why. He also pointed out a relatively new one called zed (Mac only for now).
