If i was renting for 871 per month, instead of owning a 500 thousand 991 dollar home in the same neighborhood for two thousand 717, that have been the monthly cost. Two thousand 717 but i was spending the one thousand, 800 forty six dollar difference instead of investing it. If you're truly not going to save, then maybe buying a house is better for you. And hey, that's not to say you won't get lucky and your home won't appreciate wildly.
