Harlem and the Kids Are Cherry Picking Kids

We've been at this now for 20 years, and it's one of the things i tell folks, this stuff doesn't happen overnight. Now we've got about 960 of our kids who are in college. Our kids out perform white kids in new york state in reading and math on the common corps. This is not cherry picking. It is 20 years of hard work trying to get this thing. But i feel like it's working well right now. We still, by no means are perfect. I still stuff we have to get better at.
