Is There a New Ad Transparency Thing?

i think it's a huge added feature for those that have physical products. i can't even imagine if this feature was available for the girl who had made a million dollars and 20 20, and now didn't know how she did it. And so if i see an ad, i can actually click on about this ad, and t's going to tell me why i am actually seeing this ad.
