Italy was a very close proximity of little italy to chinatown. So yet, these chopsue houses that were kind of, i think heap is who described it as bastardized cantones cooking. You know, something that really catered to the sort of, ou know, maybe somewhat adventurous eaters. But so wasn't nearly the real deal as far as what actual cantony's cooking would have been. And it actually became wildly popular.
