The Commercial Real Estate Crash
Commercial real estate isn't all kinds of trouble. Oh definitely that's already started I mean, so obviously it's market by market segment but we'll just speak at high levels here and speak in generalities. The residential is certainly taking a hit. A lot of people are predicting you know recession here at the end of this year or next year. But here's the thing. And this is where I just all bets are off. And they're going to get it. Crash crash. Yeah, they can choose to let it go a long way. And they can they'll do it in such a way. Remember these guys are always making decisions to serve them and not you.
