Is There a Difference Between Scope and Scale?

I decided it was probably time for a change. Spoke with some organizations up in the Seattle area and then came down to San Francisco where I don't know if you remember this. You were on my interview panel at Twitter. It was also this mix of I'd say opportunity and then a smaller organizationwhere they're now 400 people, 200 engineers. So it was wonderful. But like to be part of that growing code base growing organization grew too.
