How to Negotiate Salary

I feel like there's a lot of people out there that are terrified to negotiate salary. And I can tell you from personal experience, I historically was a very bad negotiator. It took me three or four years in my first job at a big corporation to get paid more than interns were making. So it kind of has a compounding effect when you're bad at this.
