How to Be Greedy When Others Are Greedy

Investors are often driven by greed and fear. People get too excited when everybody's excited. But whenever it's fearful, that's the time to invest. I'm an investment in commercial real estate. Tough question. Well, I think you guys are doing well so far again. This is a bad question. So we'll just throw that question under the bus. We've got this one here. Number four is a little difficult. So I'm going to move to number five. Because that one's yeah, there's multiple blanks on it. It's hard just to hear it. He wants to challenge. You think he's been rolling? Keep it rolling? OK. Take
