The Conspiracy Theory of Steering Wheel Locks

The Canadian government passed a law saying you have to put this basic anti theft thing in your car because people keep stealing cars. Car theft seems like a global crime that happens everywhere no matter demographics or what. It's like it's strange that you never see it in Canada but this could be the missing link. We put it all together. The steering wheel lock lobby is behind the song. Big lock did it. Because I'd let- Oh they strike again. You know what's funny? Shoot.
