Sarah, can you talk a little bit about what is the global period? I know it may vary depending on the type of surgery that you do but in general where do we find that? And then the other aspect is let's talk about either a complication or a readmission. So if you have to prioritize, what am I going to take my time to document and hold on? Sarah: Those patients that are certainly the sickest or new, you should put a lot more time in because that's what you're going to do.
