Our minds are used to categorizing one person per body, and so conjoined twins are really confusing. And that doesn't make him bigoted or bys. It makes him normal in that he expects one people per body. But the problem comes in when an the surgery you're doing actually introduces unnecessary risk. We have to ask the question, is it really going to leave the person better off? A lot of times it doesn't leave them better off.
