How Does Your Metabolism Affect Weight Loss?

We would expect the people with a naturally fast metabolism to just be protected against gaining weight but that doesn't really what we see when we track people over years. Even so, there is some variation and we all know those lucky people who seem to eat whatever they want and stay slim. The foods we eat are the biggest lever we have to try to change and regulate our weight. Obesity is mostly a diet problem, not so much an exercise problem.
