"The thing that runs the world are these views and values. The rules of the game around the human mind's use of views and values have changed in ways that no one could have possibly predicted 70,000 years ago," he says. "What happens when certain views and values can be scalable globally within a second? What happens then?" He adds: "In all likelihood, we will cause more problems than we solve."
