What's Your Personality?
If you've been doing it awhile for a decent sized company, i don't know that i would necessarily say there's a great skill set. I think all of those translate to both a working for an m s p, or starting an ms p, or doing the consulting thing. Andt your point scout, i think a lot of it is depending on who you are, what's your personality. Some people like maybe having a broader set of things, or working in that type of stuff, versus the project stuff. It comes down to how much flexibility you want.
