I'm three years, eight months, seven days sober without drinking or drugs. And no weed. So that's been about like a year and a half. The point at which I believe the obsession to drink alcohol and take drugs is lifted comes when one completes a thorough fifth step. In this process, you really dismantle everything that screws you up. Once you've done that, like you don't, like the edge is taken on the, like everything that you're using the drugs now call it to shoes.
