The Monopoly of the Internet

There was a point when the internet still felt like a commons it still felt free yeah and now I think what you're saying is it's not because they only became established within the platform economy. They all came to the conclusion of actually it's going to have to be an advertising medium that's the only way you can make money with this stuff so it was free it was sort of a commons. Then they just couldn't come up with any better way of making money from it goes in this cycle where it starts to interfere more and more with the usability that attracted you in the first place.
