The challenge is not just information flows, but how a leader interprets, you know, information. And I bet there's little information that could be given to Xi Jinping on some of the core issues that could fundamentally adjust him. You see no difference in how the broad orientation of our assumptions of what China wants to do on Taiwan, haven't adjusted at all despite a clear signal coming from the most authoritative document in the entire system.
