Teaching Vocabulary

i love change that question, moddy. Why isn't there more good vocabulary instruction done in classrooms? You know, people talk about not enough time in the day. Teachers think of of words as just their definitions. There is a lot of other information out there. And i can't wait to see my 18 months old grandson start using words and having fun with them.
