Twitter's New Core Algorithm
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey: "I think we've got a pretty good handle on, on what makes Twitter work" He says there have been outages but not for very long and the site is currently working fine. The company has made many improvements to its core algorithm that make it more responsive than before takeover by Bittorrent. It's also adding videos after two hours and soon videos of any length.
