Some call centers are using AI to help train their workers, which I think is kind of interesting. Is AI going to be answering every phone call in America in the next six months? Like, I don't know. I've given up on like trying to predict what AI will or will not do and given up on trying to reach companies by phone. It would like nobody wants to be the person tweeting from the airplane at frontier or Delta or whatever that they're mad because everybody knows that their trip is disaster.
