In the statement of facts, they didn't list any statues. I think we can guess from what you mentioned that part of it is going to be this theory that it was some kind of campaign donation and that it broke a secondary law. It's not clear why New York State law would apply in a federal election. And then it's also not clear why Alvin Bragg, who is a New York prosecutor, has jurisdiction over federal crime.
