In trail running, we have different strategy mechanisms of a scrabstallue quickly. If you've got a good foot and ankle strategy, you microcorrect from your hip right away. But if there's a delay or things don't fire fast enough, what happens is we wind up using the step strategy. We need to coordinate those two so they really work together.
