The Price of Not Saying No

The price of not saying no is that you end up with crazy regulation. And I think a lot of people who work in the UX space just aren't thinking about that. We're all 10 years older than we were 10 years ago, and what an executive C suite looks like will probably be full of digital natives. That's going to make it that's going to made a huge difference.
