I Think the Passive Learning Piece Is So Incredibly Important
I think this passive learning piece is so incredibly important. You just sit there and you see how it's done exactly. And i think one of the things that concerns me a little bit is that the people who tend to have the loudest voice in these places are the people who are pretty well established at what they do. I wonder if it's going to tilt the decision making in a way that neglects the concerns of the folks who might feel like they need mentorship, or feel like theyneed exposure to how things get done.
