The Importance of Journalism in the Stock Market
We've been trained to think of the stock market as the thermometer for the economy and for reality, he says. The big headline all too often is, you know, such and such a company, the share price moved. But it's basically impossible to tell the difference between that kind of journalism and journalism about companies which just happens to report on the share price. If you are someone who actively plays in the stock market, you should care about this - I find unbelievably boring and useless.
