Acute Mesotearic Ischemia

You get called to the ED to evaluate a patient with abdominal pain who is in extreme pain but without any helpful physical exam findings. Time is gut in mesenteric ischemia, so how do you prioritize your workup, initial treatment, and what do you do once you’ve made the diagnosis?
