i think the most valuable companies in the long run will be the stakeholder companies. We're going to have trouble recruiting hosts if they don't love us, and we'll have very ownerous regulation in a hundred thousand communities. So i do think there's an enlightened reason to do it, but there's also a kind of self interestod reason. When you're good for the societies and good for communities, that's what regulators are looking for. They're not necessayre looking for you to be smaller.
