Stress isn't always this terrible thing that we need to run away from and avoid. Maybe it is helping us in some ways too. A lot of it is our subjective assessment of it, which is a piece of why I tell people don't say like, don't be stressed. Because it doesn't matter subjectively, I am feeling stressed.
