Polygon's Culture Meshing Process

There are 400 people working full time on Polygon from literally all continents. The company is trying to establish what is called this Polygon culture. And we're just trying to communicate at least these most important high level values or guidelines, which are basically humbleness and willingness to pursue this grand vision of F3. That as a North Star, everything else becomes kind of like an interesting process of this culture machine.
