How to Manage Your Losses and Win Rates

I saw an amazing stat on Twitter the other day by a well respected trader. His profit chart was basically parabolic, parabolic, like it was straight up. And his win rate was I think 45 46%. To me, that's amazing because he this somebody to me that almost enjoys taking losses. He clearly adds to his winners and lets them ride. The one trade wipes out months and months of hard work.
