A lot of internationals are so pleasantly surprised when they do get interviews that they're unprepared for the interviews. We've done probably 10,000 in the course of our time working together with folks. And your application cannot be a B or an A plus. It has to be really, really solid. Your experience is not fixed. Sometimes you need to go get an experience or pursue a leadership opportunity in order to build the resume and the cover letter which make sense.
