The Human Genome Is Like the Human Algorithm
We are 99% similar to chimps, but that 1% or 1.2% is so important. And it's to do with the fact that our brains morph to the social environment a lot more than Neanderthals and not Neanderthals than chimps and bonobos. So non-verbals is an expression of that because inside our DNA, it's programmed in there. We will show these similar behaviors and we can use it to our advantage, but culture is a huge influence.
