Michael Wolraich's new book is called 'The Advice Monster' He talks about the three types of advice mansers as, tell it, save it and control it. We've been rewarded all our lives through school to be the person with the answer. And we waste vast amounts of time and money in organizations because we don't know what the real problem is. The most powerful way for a leader to rethink their job is to say your job is to find out what the real problems are.
