I think what i found interesting when your company was acquired by hub spot, which is a big public company, you were still able to work on projects outside of that company. And i think if you didn't actually have that, you probably would have thought differently about your desire to stay at the company. I think one interesting aspect of this on demand talent economy situation is the question of how america evolves because people in America are tied to health care through employment. When i lived in anada, i could very easily operate in contract rolls, work for different companies,. and evolve more into the skig economy situation than i can inAmericas due to this health care model.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
