During covid you got closer to some people. And other people whom you might have thought you were going to get closer to, you got farther away from. Why is that? I don't know if i know the answer. But one of the big things is open an honest communication,. The people that i feel like i can communicate with openly and honestly are the ones that i feel really comfortable investing in in those relationships.

He’s currently Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Director of Programs at the Ciocca Center for Principled Entrepreneurship, where he also teaches business at The Catholic University of America.
