Medical School Self-Assessment Surveys - Is That a Common Practice?

I was a little struck by yor commenting on the self assessments. That was certainly not something that was part of my medical school experience. Is that something that you rolled out in your programme, or is that becoming more common across medical schools? It is something that we rolled out, and i've been fortunate enough to have an administration that is willing to support this. You know, if you sent out an optional survey, you'd be lucky to get a 20 % response rate.
