As a professor, for example, you're teaching five courses a year at a place like Colgate. So it's very different and you get more sabbaticals which is a whole semester to kind of think and read and just like ponder or ruminate in a minute. I actually have to say that I really feel like the toolkit that you've been developing is something I'm really kind of envious of.
