Unilever Starbucks joins forces with farmers and some funders to turn food waste into energy. This of course is a story that's not at all new. We've been taking food waste and putting them in anaerobic biodegetters for a long time. Doing it at scale has been long in the making, but I think this is shows the next iteration and the next ramp up.
