Do You Feel Like You're Stuck in Your Job?

A lot of people are feeling stuck in their jobs, or not getting the opportunities they want. How would you address that? I guess finding growth within your roll is a good place to start. Also think about what other opportunities might there be in your organization and industry. And then set yourself goals for how much writing time you'd like to spend on them.
