John Frusciante and the Red Hot Chili Peppers

John Frusciante first joins the Red Hot Chili Peppers in late 1988. He stays until May 1992 when he quits during a Japanese tour, falls into Junkie Dump and Poverty while releasing solo albums of dubious quality. In July 2009 he quits again, more solo material followed. John's return came at exactly the right time for the Chili Peppers because they were going through another crisis of confidence. The song is Black Summer and it appeared on February 4th of 2022.
