The slight smile, perhaps, at the mouth can help you to connect with a real feeling of gentleness, kindness. You might feel inside the mouth. Let the tongue spread through the lower palate and then widening to feel all the sensations in the mouth. And then gently let the shoulders fall away from the necand fill the shoulders with awareness. Then you might imagine inside the shoulders, a dissolving of ice to water. And water to gas with deep receptivity.
