Is Cardinal Dolan the Primate of the United States?

Many Catholic countries have a sort of primate. One bishop who is the first among equals among them and our primate, the primate of the United States should be the Archbishop of Baltimore because Baltimore is the prime as well as theprime as well. I don't think there's a canon law student over there who's given me a look that makes me think maybe he is named the primary of the U.S., butI don't think he is father.
