Psychological safety from a culture perspective, is really, at its core, about leadership. The leader that either doesn't model it um and, in fact, model psychological harm. And then, and then, either ignores it when it's going on within their work places. At that leadership level, where there'd be the fronte, supervisor, manager, director, up to the c g o,. they're the greatest risk because they will set the tone for what's expected in terms of the work place.
