The Insinuation That Bamford Is Indifferent About Goals

I don't doubt that Bamford thought he was going to score that or felt that he could score that on Saturday. But it was the wrong decision. And perhaps somebody, perhaps somebody on the pitch should have saved him from himself by saying to Rodrigo, listen, you're the one who's been scoring goals all season. You take it. It's kind of fact. Poor teams who are involved in relegation fights are poor teams. Teams who look poor are less likely to look highly motivated than teams who are playing well.
