What Are the Red Flags?
A big red flag for me is a if you're going through the interviewing process whene you should have the confidence that it's not just the company evaluating you. I i like to ask a lot of why questions. Don't just tell me what's happening at that company. Tell me a little bit about the why. A, so i think it's really important to ask those wye questions. You get, i think, a really good tell of their level of thinking. I look for systems thinkers, design thinkers. And another good sign to look for is how public they are with sharing their em sharing their philosophy, sharing how they grow.
