The Power of Mindfulness Meditation and Loving Kindness Meditation
I started doing transcendental meditation when I was 21 or 22. My mom said let's sign up for the TM training and we did it together. It really taught me not just, you know, having a mantra and quieting my mind and stealing my mind but being able to say twice a day when I had young kids. And so it was extremely, it was necessary for me in getting through all those stresses. So now I got certified in early 2018 to teach mindfulness meditation and loving kindness meditation. That has helped me so much because it was like a lifelong dream of mine.
