Relayers

I b c is the internetof block chain equivalent of t c p ip, which is the packet protocol that moves data between computers and really makes up what the internet is. So if you think of a block chain as a computera, then i b c will gather outgoing information, put it in a standardized packet, like a shipping container, and then it gets moved over to the destination chain. The relayers are probably something that is is recognized as being so important to day that even a year ago, wasi not an afterthought,. But just not a priority, compared to implementing cor i b c at the state machine level.
