The Importance of Redevelopment in New York City

Liz Benjamin: The promise of that, I think everybody agrees, has not been realized and the potential in terms of the possibility for revenue. New York City is faltering; my father and I keep having this fight about it. We were supposed to have a robust adult use program. We don't. Got a lot of dispensaries, just most of them are illegal. Almost none of them are legal. They got to put the foot on the pedal. LZ: Wish we had a couple hours, but that was a lot of fun. Thank you.
